Ribs
The Soakin' Sauce Boss just happens to be a Certified Barbeque Judge. After many years of experience, in his humble opinion, the best and only way
to cook Pork Ribs is indirect heat. Slow, I mean 8-12 hours slow at our around 180-200 degrees. The real secret to great ribs is dobbin', that's right, I said
dobbin' Original Soakin' Sauce TM

Fish
Marinating fish, is as they say, "a whole different kettle of fish!" Fish (doesn't matter if it's
catfish or red snapper) is a very, very porous meat so it absorbs Original Soakin' Sauce TM Marinade a lot quicker than
other meats! So, marinate fish or shrimp in 1/2 cup of
marinade per pound of fish or shrimp for about 30-45 minutes and then cook. The Soakin' Sauce Boss always gets a
great piece of tender and moist fish with this recipe!

Injected Turkey
Are you tired of dry turkey? Well, the Soakin' Sauce Boss has got the answer. Place a
Turkey breast or whole turkey in a container and add enough Original Soakin'
SauceTM Marinade to submerge the bird. Then, inject the meat with Original
Soakin' SauceTM Marinade. The best way to fill the syringe piston is to pour
the Original Soakin' SauceTM Marinade. into the piston. Carefully inject small
amounts of this great tasting marinade into 18-20 different locations (I also
recommend you wear safety glasses, 'cause even though Original Soakin'
SauceTM Marinade. is the best tasting Marinade you will ever have it is not
recommended as an eyewash!)
Then, leave the bird to soak for at least 2 hours or over night if you have
time. Remember to keep the container covered during this process. Place in
refrigerator. The Soakin' Sauce Boss loves to put these birds on a smoker and within
4-5 hours you will have absolutely the best tastin', moistest turkey you could
ever imagine.
