While my wife and I were in Gatlingburg. We try some of the soakin sauce and it was great we try some on poterhouse and the taste was out of this world need to come to bar-b-que on the river in Paducah we make a killing hope to try it on more types of meat later

Bought some 'Sauce at Buckmasters in Aug. Have already discovered a new world of porkchops-yeoweeeee-some good . Just soak, grill, and eat. Greg

I recently had the opportunity to try Soakin' Sauce and I am very glad to say I love it. I am a big deep fryer of turkeys. I always inject them with some sort of marinade and I am always looking for those that give my birds that very special punch I am happy to say I used your Soakin Sauce and the turkey was fabulous. Just a note to say thanks.

This was my first time to use your sauce. We marinated 2 whole chickens and then used our rotisserie. It was excellent! Anytime that you want to send samples or recipes, I would love it. Thanks!

As a poor college student always on the look out for something tasty! I found your "Soakin Sauce"! It is wonderful to say the least! I use it on the offical "College Food" Ramon Noodles. With grilled onion, olives and 2 capfuls of your sauce the taste is out of this world! Thanks for adding a kick to my diet!

We live in South Mississippi and raise ostriches and emus. Have you ever tried your sauce on any of the meat? I am going to purchase some in Mobile and try it. I will let you know how it turns out. Emus and Ostrich meat takes marinades very well.

Recently, my neighbor and I prepared some barbecued chicken...and we had the opportunity to try Soakinsauce, for the first time...we did not tell our guest about the use of Soakinsauce on the chicken... As we served the meal and people began to eat ...we began to hear praises of how delicious the chicken was... What did you do to make this chicken soooo good tasting? What is this sauce? It has the right amount of sauce and taste! Where can I get some of this sauce? One guest took some chicken home to his wife... she called the next day ...wanting to know how to get some Soakinsauce....I live in Corte Madera, CA. and you may use my comments and name. I've heard all kinds of great things about your sauce, but I never had a chance to try it for myself. I went to Merry Market at the Bryant Conference Center last week and tried some at the booth. That stuff is INCREDIBLE!!!! I bought 2 packages (with the basting mop and everything!) for myself, and 4 more packages to give as Christmas gifts. I can't rave enought about this sauce! Keep up the good work!!!!!

We tried it on fish this past weekend. Really good!! I soaked spotted trout in Soakin' Sauce, then rolled it in cracker crumbs with jalapeno. Then I sauteed the fish in butter. YUM! We'll do it again, soon!

Just saw the great wite-up in the Tuscaloosa News and came to check out your wonderful site. While at B & D Produce last fall buying cracked pecans I bought some of your sauce. I shelled my pecans, soaked 3-4 cups of them in some of your sauce for a couple of hours and toasted them with a little butter..You talk about good!!! Seems to be no end in what you can do with this great stuff!! Thanks!!

I have found the cure for King Mackeral!!!! Unfortunately, the only fish I am able to catch in the Gulf is King Makeral. This sweet, vinegar based sauce absolutely eliminates the game taste of this paticular fish. I have tried numerous marinades but nothing compares to the "Sauce Boss's" recommendation. HEY SAUCE BOSS!!! I found yet another use for your exquisite sauce. DUCKS, yes DUCKS. Growing up in south Louisiana you better believe ive had DUCK just about every way know to man. Well i tried your sauce on them and it was the best by far. Here's what I did (its so easy!) take your Ducks salt and pepper them inside and out quarter some onions them put them in the cavity, pour generous amout of your sauce inside and out of the Ducks and if you have an injector by all means use it to get your sauce inside the breasts. LAST step fire up your grill when the coals are ready throw some wood chips on the coals put your ducks on and baste them with your lovely sauce until done. They come out so moist and tender and best of all no gamey taste.I cant wait till this hunting season I'll be the pride and joy of the hunting camp with your original Soakin' Sauce as my secret weapon.

Finally, a vinegar-based sauce that has no inkling of a tomato - paste,sauce,catsup,whole,chopped, or pureed. It is wonderful! please tell Aunt Sharon that her cole slaw recipe ( with the absence of mayonnaise ) is the best ever.

Wow!! Really great -- I used a chunk o' meat (3 lb. bottom round roast), soaked it 36 hours (turning often), and grilled it over charcoal. My wife liked it better than anything else I've grilled recently -- which is saying something. A superb marinade!
